  I called this church and the receptionist was very nonchalant when I asked if the church assisted in helping people? She replied, "We have a missions team." I then told her what I was in need of and she replied, "We don't help in that area and your situation wouldn't be one covered under our missions, so we wouldn't be able to help you." Then she hung up.
  
  I care not to say what I was in need of assistance for, but I assure you that it was small enough for that church to have helped me with. Churches such as this tag on the word "Missions" to their ministries to seem BIG and go long distances to gain status when the people they should begin helping are those right next door to them.
  
  Churches like these are hypocrites. Jesus was not selective in whom he helped. I understand that if an institution does
  not have the resources to help there IS nothing they can do, but when you give a non-caring answer and hang up in a persons face...Who would want to attend that kind of church?
  
  Those who answer the phone represent your church. I suggest that this church find a new receptionist or get a new heart.
